Following the events of “The Batman,” Oswald Cobblepot, a.k.a. The Penguin, makes a play to seize the reins of the crime world in Gotham. Oz sees an opportunity to seize control of the criminal underworld and provide a better life for his mother.
The series explores his ruthless ambition, his conflicts with other crime families, and his struggle to shed his "Penguin" persona as he navigates the treacherous landscape of Gotham's criminal hierarchy.
